EU-Taiwan Electric Vehicle Conference

EU-Taiwan Electric Vehicle Conference will take place on 21 June, 2022, at 11F, Evergreen International Convention Centre, by the organizers of the European Economic Trade Office (EETO), European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ECCT), and MOTC, IDB/MOEA. The event will invite speakers from the EU and Taiwan to share the regulatory framework and best practices for building an EV infrastructure in the EU and Taiwan and to explore the possibility of industry cooperation between the EU and Taiwan. According to the survey of IHS Markit, the global market of EVs will grow to 20.9 million units in 2022, and up to 51 million units in 2027. Among the three primary EV markets, the Europe market will grow rapidly since BMW, Volvo, Volkswagen, Porsche,etc. are aggressively enhancing their competitiveness to increase their market share. At the same time, in the EV supply chain, Taiwan is playing a key role in the key components supplying. We would like to invite relevant stakeholders to join us to learn about the EV infrastructure of the EU and Taiwan, and the cooperation opportunities between both sides.
